In March of 2017 I weighed in at 365 pounds with no clothes on. It was the heaviest I had ever been and have moved down since then slowly and steadily.
In 2017 I had a full hysterectomy which changed how my body reacted to everything I put in my mouth. Most of my life I remember being sick to my stomach no matter what I put in my mouth. After the hysterectomy I no longer felt sickness and pain in my stomach constantly. I was finally able to eat broccoli (one of my favorite things to eat) so I have been eating it a lot since 2017. I was also able to eat other foods that had stayed out of my system since I was young because of the pain it would cause in my stomach.
Now in 2019 I am plateaued around 255 pounds. I have started to do regular arm workouts with small weights. I try to keep my body constantly active with more movement of any kind!
Recently I purchased some things to help check my health as well as monitor my progress getting healthier and hopefully losing weight.
I have decided to start tracking my body changes and stats as part of my blogging journey. So, I will be adding stats on here and different things that I am doing as part of my routine and food changes.
